Security Alert in Outlook 2007 and above pointing to wrong certificate (Exchange 2007)

Good morning,

I have a problem where when I use Outlook anywhere in Outlook 2010 i'm getting a security alert for domain.com and asks If i want to proceed.

If i view the certificate it appears to point to somewhere else (i suspect its pointing to the website rather than mail server).

The certificate on the server is valid and i have manually installed it onto my PC.

Email works as normal but this popup happens whenever Outlook is opened.

I have used testexchangeconnectivity.com to get the following results:

Testing RPC/HTTP connectivity.
     The RPC/HTTP test failed.

ExRCA is attempting to test Autodiscover for user@domain.com.
     Autodiscover was tested successfully.

    Test Steps
Autodiscover settings for Outlook Anywhere are being validated.
ExRCA wasn't able to validate Outlook Anywhere Autodiscover settings.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it

    Additional Details
The EXCH provider section is missing from the Autodiscover response.

I have reviewed the MAPI settings and it is enabled.

I also got an A record to point autodiscover.domain.com to the mail server to no avail.

I am having the same problem for other clients too with similar setup but for now i'd like to concentrate on this client.

any help would be appreciated.
