SBS VPN - Hardwired Workstations cannot see down the tunnel

Hi all,

SBS is running a VPN for us.  I can see that users are connected to the VPN using the Routing and Remote Access tool on the server.

However, when I attempt to contact that user's workstation from the "Network" panel, they are not visible.  I cannot connect to them with Remote Desktop, or Remote Assistance.  

In turn, VPN remote users cannot view or remote in tohardwired workstations unless they have done so before in the office.

Final issue, VPN remote users appear to be struggling to get an IP assigned to them.  When they are connected to the office, they lose the ability to browse the internet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
