My mistake, installed sbs2011 as a trial, went brought copy of 2008, didn't notice untill I'd slit the seal on the outer box. SW has not been used, code has not been activated, but my supplier (UK) wont have product back 'cos outer seal is broken.
Is there any way of having MS tell supplier code is not activated, and they should refund. Or is there a promotion I can use to get this 2008 key upgraded to say 2011 as an incremental cost?
