Domain Admin account lacks Administrator Credentials on one computer

I've been having some problems when logging in with my domain admin account on one PC. When I log in to this computer with my domain admin account when copying files to program files (x86) I'm prompted for admin credentials or I need to run command prompt as administrator to see computer settings when running gpresult /r. Oddly enough if I reboot and enter safe mode with networking I no longer have these problems. I don't have a problem having full administrator permissions on other computers on the domain. My Domain Admin account is a member of builtin Administrators, and on both the working and non working system domain admins is a member of the local Administrator group.  I've checked group policy and I can't find any settings that could cause this problem. I'm not sure exactly when this happened, as it wasn't always the case but I didn't notice the change at first. I'm at a bit of a loss for why my domain admin account is behaving like a standard user account. Anyone have any experience with this problem?
