My company web stopped working.
I am receiving event id user profiles service 1500 Windows cannot log on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, and that your network is functioning correctly.
I am also receiving event id user profiles services 1501 Windows cannot create a temporary profile directory. This problem may be cause by insufficient security rights. Detail the system cannot find the file specified.

Description:
The Windows Process Activation Service failed to create a worker process for the application pool 'SBS Sharepoint AppPool'. The data field contains the error number.
Any ideas on how to fix the issue. I had 499,951 occurrences in the event id log.
