Hi
I'm having a very ususual problem with MS exchange 2003. none of the users are sending and recieving any mail at all. the problems started yesterday where a few of the users emails were staying stuck in local delivery queue and mails that were going through were sent straight to junkmail. I tried stopping the exchange services and restarting them, as well as restarting the server completely but neither solution seemed to work. there were no errors in event log, and after browsing around it seemed that the MDB may have been corrupted. I restored the MDB from a system backup done a few days ago before any problems started and everything seemed to be running normally, messages were no longer getting stuck in the queue. There have been no other errors listed in the event log and from the server everything seems to be running fine. Except now NONE of the users are receiving any mail at all. either internally or externally. all the services are running, the store is mounted, there's nothing in the queue, and yet no mail is being received and sent mails seem to send, but are never recieved.
Is there something I'm overlooking? I really don't know what the problem here is. does anyone have any suggestions at all?
I should also mention that the users that have their mails on their phones (blackberry, iPhone ect) are still recieving mail on their phones, but not on their PCs.
