Adding a Windows 2003 server to a SBS 2011 domain.

In SBS 2003 adding a server and adding a workstation were different.  Each had there own options and wizard in the SBS Console.  You could even specify an IP address for a new server.  I don't think that is the case with SBS 2011.  At least I can't find it.  The Win. 2003 server will simply be a file server.  Do I join it the same way I do a normal computer?
