I cannot initiate a remote desktop connection with my file server, but I can to my DC. Other Computers on the network can initiate both.

Using server 2003 as DC and server 2003 as FS. Problem computer is running windows 7 upgraded from vista professional. I can initiate a remote desktop session with the dc but I cannot initiate with the fs. Other computers on the domain have no problem initiating with either server. I have access to the fs's shared folders via LAN and can ping the fs. Also cannot utilize MySQL on the fs with this computer. FS cannot initiate remote desktop with the problem computer but can with others
