RAID Hard Drive Setup on SBS 2011 Standard

I know this has been asked before but just looking for a pro-con or a definite on what's the thinking.

Putting together a new SBS 2011 standard quote for a customer and with issues I've had with RAID 5 on some older servers I am questioning how it should be put together.  This would be two questions:

1.)  Is there any reason to separate out the O.S./Program HDDs into their own RAID 1 drives instead of putting everything together in a RAID 6 or RAID 10?  The setup the older servers have is a RAID 1 for O.S./Programs and a RAID 5 for Data/Exchange Database.   I've come to find answers are all over the place but a RAID 6 with five drives seems the better candidate being able to survive two drive failures and better recovery speed on the rebuild vs RAID 10.

2.)  RAID 6 vs RAID 10, seems the answer if cost is a limitation, (Separating out the OS would cause a cost issue) RAID 10 with four drives would be better than RAID 6 with four drives.

Thoughts or questions?  Just questioning if the way things have been done in the past are out of date.  This would be for 25 users, File Server, Email and Quickbook Enterprise, (As well as the regular Domain, etc of SBS) is what the server will be used for.
