I just enabled SBS2011 Fax Server Role -> Fax -> Devices and Providers -> Devices -> (my modem's type) -> Incoming methods -> Route through e-mail to go into an Exchange public folder. That works fine, but is there a way to keep all the inbound faxes from also appearing in the server's Windows Fax and Scan Inbox?
The users all have access to the shared mailbox housing the received faxes, and I do not want to have those same faxes piling up in the Windows Fax & Scan manager, especially since it is the first thing anyone sees on their workstation's Windows Fax& Scan.
