SBS 2003 Exchange new user not getting email

ok

I took over a Company SBS 2003 and Exchange,

they have not created any users for a long time. I created a user just like I always do.

setup Outlook and etc. everyting works ok , except just that user can not get External Email , she gets internal just fine.

they use MailProtector , called them they say we are dilivering the email and gets bounced back as not avail.

I compared the user with some other ones in Domain. everything looked the same.

I created another user same problem.

I send and email from Gmail I got bounced back
