RPC over HTTP SBS 2008

Hi all,

After a forced shutdown, Outlook Anywhere no longer works. We have disabled OA, uninstalled RPC over HTTP, rebooted and re-install and enabled OA. This has not resolved the issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
