Last week my RAID card died in my SBS2008 Machine. I was able to get it running again on another server using ShadowProtect to restore. I have the new part now and need to get it back to the original hardware. I have been having some weird issues since the last restore and I am not sure what they are related to. I know that on the 4th of this month everything was working great and would like to restore to that time. I have the mail boxes routed to the B drive for the exchange(currently running on a usb disk!) so they have current mail. How would the system respond to getting restored from the 4th? All the machines have been getting mail in the domain during that time. I could also restore the B drive from the 4th snapshot or use the files on the usb drive that have been accumulating. Would the machine see that information on the clients and update B? Would I be better off just making a current backup and restoring to a more recent time? I would like you all's opinion. Thanks
