SBS 2011 System Spec- What do you guys think?

Do you guys think that this build could run SBS 2011 Standard?

Requirements:

• 25 - 30 users (Mainly just  email use nothing too heavy)
• Centralised antivirus and Endpoint protection on the server  - ( Most likely Sophos)
• Possibly running some internet browsing monitoring software on the server- so it will act as a proxy
• For SBS 2011 Standard 

System Spec:

Intel Xeon E5-2407 2.20GHz

16 GB RAM

RAID 1 500GB (SATA3) - OS

RAID1 500GB (SATA3) - Data

PERC H710 Adapter RAID Controller (for the above)

1 TB NAS drive for backups
