Work Group Templates in Office - Setting all users to point to same folder on server

SBS2008 with users using Windows 7 and wither Office 2007 or 2010.

I have set up a folder on our server called templates, all our company templates are stored in this folder.

At present I am manually setting each user's "Work Group Template location" to this location.

Can something be done to on the server to automatically point each user to this location?

If so could you please advise?
