Failed Migration SBS 2011 from SBS2003

Hi,

Migration failed because of some Hardware problem. But the SBS 2011 was promoted to DC. 

Now I have to do a clean migration but MY existing SBS is not a domain controller. 

How to make SBS2003 domain controller and then perform clean migration.

Any help will be appreciated! !
